Meet Our Founder

Meet our founder, Hardip Mahay. Hardip’s career in construction began in 2011, fueled by a lifelong passion for hands-on craftsmanship.

Guided by a relentless work ethic, Hardip completed his apprenticeship, developing his skills through work on high-end custom homes, renovations, restorations, and exterior transformations. This led to him achieving his Red Seal. Esteemed for his dedication and self-motivation, he maintains enduring partnerships with former employers. In 2017, fueled by the desire to chart his own course, Hardip founded Mahay Construction..

Hardip’s leadership and expertise in a variety of projects, including townhomes and custom builds, led to the revival of Mahay Construction and allows us to offer enhanced services to every one of our clients.

Our Certifications

Being active since 2011, we’re proud to say that our founder Hardip is a Red Seal Carpenter. Additionally, our team is composed of journeymen/ticketed carpenters.
